Built for a much bigger market.
Got2Glam was initially planned to launch in the UK, but the underlying consumer and beauty-business problem is not UK-specific.
People around the world want more confidence before choosing beauty treatments, while beauty professionals need better ways to attract potential clients and turn interest into conversations and bookings.
A new owner is not tied to the original UK rollout strategy.
UK
Continue the original UK launch strategy.
USA
Focus the initial rollout on the much larger US beauty market.
Multiple markets
Launch across several English-speaking markets from the beginning.
Expand later
Prove acquisition in one country, then expand internationally.
Possible English-speaking markets
Got2Glam is not already configured for every country. Launching elsewhere may require localising legal terms, Treatment Protection, payment and tax setup, privacy and data requirements, pricing and currency, and other country-specific operations.
How the business works
Two connected loops: consumers looking for treatments, and beauty businesses looking for clients.

Treatment Protection
Offered around eligible treatments — included by the provider, added on, or bought directly by the consumer.

Primary challenge
Customer acquisition and marketplace growth
Best suited to
If this were mine, here's what I'd do next.
The technology is built. If I were continuing with Got2Glam, I wouldn't spend the first few months adding more features. I'd concentrate on getting beauty businesses onto the platform and putting the visualisation tools in front of consumers.
Step zero
Choose the launch market
The original plan was UK city-by-city. A new owner could instead continue with the UK, focus on the US, or launch across multiple English-speaking markets. The acquisition principle remains the same.
First 30 days
Build initial marketplace supply
Target approximately 100–150 relevant beauty businesses in the chosen initial market or area, using Instagram, Facebook, structured business data, direct outreach and the free listing proposition.
Personally onboard a smaller group into paid products and learn why they upgrade.
Days 31–60
Test scalable acquisition
Continue provider outreach. Begin testing Meta advertising, provider referrals, beauty educators, training academies, creator demonstrations and consumer social content.
Build the loop: consumer visualises → finds professional → professional sees demand → paid products become more valuable.
Days 61–90
Scale what works
Increase effort behind the channels with the strongest economics. Actively sell Featured, Treatment Visualiser and Growth. Increase Treatment Protection adoption, measure Call Request activity, build early case studies and approach multi-location businesses and partners.
I wouldn't spend six months rebuilding it.
Got2Glam is being sold as a working business ready for go-to-market. The biggest opportunity now is distribution, customer acquisition and learning from real users — not another major development cycle.

Questions
Why are you selling Got2Glam?
I build online businesses and software products, but I can't operate every business I build. Got2Glam is fully built and at the stage where it needs an owner focused on marketing, partnerships and customer acquisition.
Is Got2Glam currently making money?
No. Current monthly revenue is £0 and there are currently 0 paying beauty businesses. The platform is being sold pre-revenue and ready to market.
How many beauty businesses are currently listed?
1. Building marketplace supply is one of the first jobs for the new owner.
Is the illustrative Year-5 figure guaranteed?
No. It is an illustrative growth scenario based on stated assumptions. Buyers will be able to inspect the assumptions and build their own scenario.
Is the Treatment Visualiser already built?
Yes. Got2Glam includes working treatment visualisation functionality.
Is Treatment Protection part of the business?
Yes. Treatment Protection forms part of Got2Glam's existing product and commercial model and is included subject to the final asset schedule.
Is Got2Glam only for the UK?
No. The original go-to-market strategy was to launch in the UK, but the underlying platform and business opportunity are geographically adaptable. A new owner could continue with the UK, focus on the US or pursue multiple English-speaking markets, subject to any necessary legal, commercial, payment and operational localisation.
What does the new owner need to do?
Primarily distribution: recruit beauty businesses, market the consumer product, develop partnerships, test acquisition channels and scale what works.
Do I need to be a developer?
Not to operate the existing business day-to-day. Technical capability or access to development support will be useful for future changes and expansion.
What happens after I buy it?
Once cleared payment and acquisition requirements are complete, the agreed assets are transferred through the Nick Does Business handover process. Any paid support period starts once handover is completed.
Can I make an offer?
Yes. Buyers will be able to purchase at £24,995, make an offer or reserve Got2Glam for seven days for £250 when the transaction system is enabled.
