Support Terms

Version 1.0 · effective 9 October 2026

Optional support is available only in connection with a completed acquisition, at the support package selected and paid for during the transaction. 5.1 Packages - No support: £0. - Three calendar months: £750 (recommended/default selection). - Six calendar months: £1,250. - Twelve calendar months: £2,000 (best value). 5.2 Start and duration Support fees are paid in full alongside the acquisition. The purchased support period starts only when handover is marked complete and ends after the selected number of calendar months. Delays to handover do not reduce the purchased support period. 5.3 What is included Reasonable guidance on understanding, operating, configuring and troubleshooting the existing business and the assets acquired. This may include explaining existing settings, workflows, documented integrations and ordinary operating procedures. Requests must relate to the acquired business as delivered. 5.4 What is excluded Support does not include new features, custom development, redesign, ongoing technical maintenance or hosting, marketing execution, sales or outreach, customer service, content creation, running the business, third-party subscription charges or guaranteed commercial results. Any additional work requires a separate written scope and price. 5.5 How to request help Submit requests through the private buyer handover/support portal. We aim to respond within two business days (excluding weekends and public holidays in England and Wales). This is a response target, not a guaranteed resolution time or emergency service. 5.6 Reasonable use Support is intended for proportionate, good-faith questions about the existing business. There is no fixed ticket or hourly allowance. We may propose grouping duplicative questions, request enough information to investigate, or separately quote work that materially exceeds the agreed scope. We will not retrospectively impose a hidden numeric cap. 5.7 Buyer responsibilities You remain responsible for running the acquired business, maintaining your own accounts, keeping secure backups, complying with applicable law and third-party service terms, and implementing changes. Do not submit passwords or API secrets through ordinary support messages. 5.8 Cancellation, refunds and termination If a business purchase does not complete, paid support should ordinarily be refunded because its service period never began, subject to any separate lawful agreement for work already specifically requested and delivered. After support begins, any cancellation, refund or termination must be handled according to the applicable contract and non-excludable law; the seller may suspend service for abusive or unlawful use after appropriate notice. 5.9 No guarantee We provide reasonable skill and care within the agreed scope, but cannot guarantee uptime, compatibility of third-party tools, customer acquisition, revenue, or business outcomes.
