Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · effective 9 October 2026
These Terms govern use of nick-does-business.com (the Site). They do not replace the separate Purchase, Reservation, Offer or Support Terms that apply when you enter those processes.
1.1 Who operates the Site
The Site is operated by Nick Wilson trading as Nick Does Business, a sole trader at 20 Wenlock Road, Hoxton, Hackney, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom; email hello@nick-does-business.com (we, us, our).
1.2 What the Site offers
We present online businesses and digital assets built or owned by us for potential acquisition, together with related information and optional post-handover support. We are not an open marketplace for third-party sellers. Listings may be changed, withdrawn or reserved without notice, subject to any binding contract already entered.
1.3 Accuracy and independent assessment
We aim to describe listings accurately at the time of publication. Figures labelled estimates, scenarios or illustrations are not promises, forecasts or guaranteed outcomes. Prospective purchasers must assess suitability, obtain independent professional advice where appropriate and verify matters material to their decision. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1.4 Use of the Site
You must not misuse the Site, submit false information, interfere with its security or availability, scrape it in a way that disrupts operations, impersonate others, or attempt unauthorised access. You must have authority to submit information on behalf of any organisation you represent.
1.5 Intellectual property
Unless a listing or signed sale agreement states otherwise, the Site design, original text, branding and other content remain owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print reasonable extracts for evaluating a purchase, but no intellectual-property ownership transfers merely by browsing or enquiring.
1.6 External services
Listings may link to live websites or third-party platforms. Their terms, availability and privacy practices are outside our control. References to services or technologies do not imply those providers endorse the Site.
1.7 Availability and liability
The Site is provided with reasonable care, but may be unavailable or contain technical errors. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. Subject to non-excludable legal rights, we are not liable for business decisions made solely in reliance on illustrative material. Any transaction-specific rights and remedies are governed by the applicable transaction terms and signed agreement.
1.8 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rules applicable to any person legally qualifying as a consumer. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory jurisdictional rights.
1.9 Contact and updates
Questions may be sent to hello@nick-does-business.com. Changes apply prospectively; terms accepted for an existing transaction remain those accepted for that transaction.
