Offer Terms

Version 1.0 · effective 9 October 2026

These terms apply when you submit an offer for a listed business. 4.1 Making an offer An offer states a proposed GBP price for the business alone. Optional support is selected separately at its published fixed price and is not part of the price negotiation. You must provide accurate contact and business-purchaser details and have authority to make the offer. 4.2 Review and responses We may accept, decline, counter or request clarification. We are not required to accept an offer. A counteroffer is a new proposal and is not binding until accepted under the agreed process. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, offers do not reserve a listing and do not stop another buyer from purchasing or reserving it. 4.3 Acceptance and purchase If we accept your offer, we may send a private checkout link reflecting the accepted price and support selection. The binding acquisition contract arises under clause 2.3 of the Purchase Terms when payment is confirmed; transfer completes under the signed APA. An offer acceptance email does not itself transfer ownership or imply that funds have cleared. 4.4 Availability, expiry and privacy Offers may remain open until accepted, countered, declined, withdrawn or otherwise closed; no automatic expiry is currently promised. We may contact you about your offer and store negotiation records in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No guarantee of listing availability is made before a paid reservation or completed sale.
